Both — you can restore the full cPanel account, individual files/folders, single databases, single mailboxes, or even granular items like specific database tables. Granular restore is included on all plans.
+ Where are backup copies stored?
Backups are stored in geographically separate datacenters from your primary hosting — typically across continents. This protects against datacenter-level disasters. All backup transfers and storage use AES-256 encryption.
+ How long does a restore take?
